Brad Younge - Principal 
Bradley H. Younge is a Principal with Statêra who has over 13 years of professional experience in Information Technology, Application Development and Project Management. Brad’s technical expertise lies in the architecture and development of large enterprise portals and applications as well as data warehouse and business intelligence solutions. Most recently, Brad has become an industry leader around Microsoft SharePoint 2007 with several large-scale implementations under his belt.

Brad began his career in 1995 as a consultant for American Management Systems where he worked on large telecommunication projects. Shortly after obtaining his Masters of Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2007, Brad joined spent some time as a senior consultant with Sapient in San Francisco and then joined a small startup company called drugstore.com. After working on multiple eCommerce and Data Warehousing projects at drugstore.com and helping the company grow from 3 to 450 employees and go public in July 1999, Brad moved back to San Francisco and joined another startup company by the name of CriticalArc Technologies. As Director of Development at CriticalArc, Brad oversaw the implementation of several B2B eCommerce applications focused on the restaurant industry.

Since Brad joined Statêra in 2001 as a senior consultant, he has worked with numerous large enterprises to help architect and implement their technology solutions. Some of the more notable companies include USA Swimming (the organization which oversees over 2800 swim clubs nationwide and coaches and manages the USA Olympic Swim Team), MWH, Questar Market Resources, ProLogis, Great West Healthcare, Microsoft, Pulte Mortgage, Nextel and several others. Brad’s responsibilities grew and he was promoted to Director of Microsoft Technologies in September, 2005, in which role he was responsible for continued involvement with key projects as well as managing and driving forward Statêra’s Microsoft practice from a delivery readiness perspective.

In 2007, Brad lead the formation of a new branch office for Statera in Dallas, Texas, where he oversaw delivery through the end of 2008 and was promoted to principal for his efforts and success. Now back in Denver, Colorado, Brad continues to help drive and lead delivery efforts as one of a handful of principals focused on the Colorado market.
