Quality Assurance
The term Quality Assurance, or QA, is often synonymous with testing and considered to be a necessary evil, non-productive cost.
 
At Statera, we view quality as a productivity suite that enables companies to develop products that are defect free, delivered on time and within budget, meet requirements and expectations, and are secure and maintainable.  We also believe that the quality needs of an organization are as unique as the organization itself.  Instead of a “one size fits all” solution, we provide quality programs tailored to meet the needs of each individual business. 

Statera’s Quality Strategy
We define the quality goals for a business and determine the right quality program to reach those goals.  Quality is not binary; it can be applied in varying degrees and with various methods and tools.  The strategy defines the level of quality necessary to meet business needs and identifies opportunities for automation and leveraging Cloud technologies as well as outsourcing or off/near-shoring.  The Strategy also addresses whether or not it is appropriate to follow a specific quality program, such as CMMi, Baldrige, Six Sigma, ISO and others.

Statera’s Quality Framework
This is the core of our quality solutions and was developed for implementing and maintaining a best practice quality program.  Through the Framework, we offer a full range of industry expertise, best practices, and tools; clients chose only those services that fit into their organization, technology, and culture.  The Framework is comprised of the following 3 disciplines:
