Mr. Paolini has consulted for numerous Fortune 500 and Mid-Market businesses throughout the US and Europe over the past eighteen years.  For the past five years, his focus has been within the business transformation industry with project management, ERP implementation systems and global initiatives. Mr. Paolini has extensive experience in evaluating complex business issues and executing meaningful solutions.  Mr. Paolini has successfully implemented changes processes in various industries including healthcare, media & entertainment, financial services, high-technology, manufacturing and professional services.
